Five steps from open role to your first paycheck
Tell Us What You're After
Your real experience, your target roles, your rate expectations. This is the only part that starts with a conversation.
We Find & Apply
Open, fully-remote software engineering roles. Your CV reworked per listing — your real experience, better presented, never invented. We submit the application under your name.
Interviews — Handled Honestly
A live, camera-on interview where the employer is verifying you against your submitted docs is always yours to take. Assessment-style and AI-interviewer screens, we can take for you.
You're Hired — You Verify
ID checks, tax forms, the signed offer — standard onboarding that ties to your identity stays with you. We never touch that part.
We Execute, You Collect
We handle the day-to-day engineering work. Your cut lands on the employer's own cycle — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — split agreed before you ever applied.

Non-negotiableThe one line on this page we won't move for anyone — here's exactly where it sits.
Camera-on, identity-verifying — always you
If a human interviewer is on a live video call checking you against the documents you submitted, that is you, every time, at your convenience. We will never put anyone else on that call in your name.
Assessment-style or AI-interviewer — we can take it
Timed coding tests, written assessments, or automated AI-interviewer screens with no human visually confirming identity in real time — we can handle these for you, for convenience.
Why the line is exactly here: a real employer is a different relationship from a gig platform. Misrepresenting who's on a verifying interview exposes you — the hired person — to real risk if it's ever discovered. We'd rather lose the convenience than put you in that position.
Your real CV, reframed
We revamp presentation to match what a listing screens for — we don't invent skills or experience you don't have.
Your name, your offer
Every application goes in under your real identity. The paperwork, the offer, the paycheck — all yours.
Fully remote, by design
We only target roles that are genuinely fully remote — no relocation, no hybrid surprise three months in.
This service is new — no placements to show yet. Same rule as everywhere else on this site: we'd rather post real numbers late than placeholders early. The first confirmed placement gets a real case study, screenshots included.

Do you interview for me?
It depends on the interview, and we draw this line deliberately. A live, camera-on interview where a human is verifying you against your submitted documents — that's always yours to attend personally, at your convenience. Assessment-style screens and AI-interviewer steps, where there's no human visually confirming identity in real time, we can take on your behalf for convenience. We won't blur that line in either direction.
Is this legit? Isn't applying with my info someone else's job?
Job application services, recruiters, and career coaches fill out applications on a candidate's behalf constantly — that part is completely normal. What we don't do is invent experience you don't have, or stand in for you on an interview where the employer is confirming your identity. Everything submitted is your real information, reframed to match what the role is actually screening for.
Do you guarantee I'll get a job?
No — and anyone who promises that is lying to you. We can't control an employer's hiring decision. What we can do is apply you to more genuinely-matched open roles than you'd realistically have time to find and tailor a CV for yourself, and handle the parts of the process that don't legally need to be you.
What's the split once I'm hired?
Agreed with you before you apply to anything, not after you're hired. It depends on the role's pay structure (salary vs. contract) and how much of the actual work we're executing. Reach out and we'll walk through numbers for your specific situation.
How is this different from the AI training account service?
AI training platforms are gig-style tasking — you own an account, we work it, you collect a split of the platform payout. This is real employment or contract work with an actual company: a signed offer, your name on the paperwork, a real paycheck. Higher stakes, which is exactly why the line on interviews above is non-negotiable.
